Hotel Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Requirements

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.

Standard Hotel Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date at no charge.
Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a late cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.

AHC Hotel Cancellation Policy

AHC attendees that cancel their hotel reservation between October 1st and October 31st may be assessed a $50.00 hotel cancellation fee per room night.
Your registration will be canceled, and the fee will be processed through your convention registration.

Guests who cancel during this period are responsible for any additional hotel‑imposed penalties that may apply.

Resort Fee

The daily resort fee has been discounted to $20.00 plus tax per night.
Please note that Marriott’s website may display the standard resort fee of $55.00 per night, but you will be charged the contracted room rate and the discounted resort fee of $20.00 plus tax per night.
